How to Configure Claude for MCPs

Download Claude for Desktop
Start by downloading the latest version of Claude for Desktop (macOS or Windows). -
Configure the MCP Server
Open the Claude menu on your computer and select “Settings…” → “Developer” → “Edit Config”.
Add the MCP server configuration to the file:{ "mcpServers": { "wallet-mcp": { "command": "npx", "args": [ "wallet-mcp" ] } } } -
Restart Claude
After updating your configuration file, restart Claude for Desktop. You should see a hammer icon in the bottom right corner of the input box. -
Try it out!
