Go to your redmine account page and from the right side bar copy your API access key

Go to your project home page and from url copy the project id. e.g., empower-roadmap

Create a
.vscode/mcp.jsonfile in your project root with the following content:

You can also set the mcp server globally, go to settings and search for MCP and configure this MCP server there, if you wish to use this accross the projects.

Start the mcp server using the start button above the mcp server name redmine-mcp.

Now ask your agent to log your time for the day with the summary of what you have done in how much time.
